Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, Website, Content & CRM, the Bilingual Content and Social Media Manager is responsible for leading Lindt Canada’s organic social media strategy, content development, and community engagement across all major platforms, while supporting omni-channel campaigns and storytelling initiatives in both English and French.
This role plays a key part in building brand equity, driving audience engagement, and shaping Lindt’s voice across digital touchpoints through creative execution, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Write and review bilingual copy (English/French) for social posts, owned channels, and campaign content
- Partner with internal teams to align content with marketing campaigns and retail priorities
- Produce, shoot, and edit engaging vertical video content for social platforms
- Collaborate with freelance creatives, agencies, and photographers to manage content production and photo shoots
- Own and manage social media reporting, leveraging analytics to optimize strategy and engagement
- Proactively manage community engagement through social listening and reputation monitoring
- Liaise with Customer Care and internal stakeholders to support escalation and crisis management protocols
- Support newsletter and paid social asset creation, review, and optimization
- Oversee content calendars and ensure timely content uploads and reporting in asset management systems
- Manage translation processes and invoice tracking for digital content projects

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum three years of experience managing corporate social media channels
- Bilingual in English and French with strong writing and copyediting skills in both languages
- Proficient in social media best practices and content creation for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Experience producing and editing short-form video for social media
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, and asset management platforms is an asset
- Strong analytical skills with experience using social listening and reporting tools
- Excellent organizational, project management, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities with a detail-oriented mindset
