As a hands-on role, it requires a flexible, dependable individual who can promptly respond to on-call maintenance needs and perform routine upkeep as needed.

**Duties**
- **Maintenance & Repairs**: Handle common repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general handyman tasks, to ensure the facility remains safe and operational.
- **On-Call Availability**: Respond to maintenance needs on an as-needed basis, with the flexibility to address urgent issues outside regular hours.
- **Inspections**: Conduct occasional walkthroughs to assess the condition of units and building systems, identifying issues proactively.
- **Basic Tool Use**: Efficiently use standard tools to complete minor repairs and maintenance tasks independently.
- **Documentation**: Track maintenance work, inspections, and issues in a straightforward, organized manner to support compliance and maintenance history.

**Experience**
- **2+ years** of experience in a residential building maintenance or superintendent role, with practical skills in plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
- **Reliability and Flexibility**: Ability to respond to on-call needs as they arise.
- **Valid Driver’s License and Vehicle**: Must have reliable transportation to travel to the site on short notice.
- **Handiness with Tools**: Comfortable using common tools to handle repairs independently and efficiently.
- **Experience with Residential Buildings**: Familiarity with routine issues encountered in apartment settings, such as basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting.
