**Foreman Assistant**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Process and manage work orders (opening and closing work orders, data entry, etc.);
- Follow up on part orders and all documents relating to warranties;
- Process the subcontracting files (from creating the PO to processing the invoice);
- Build quotes in accordance with the foreman's instructions;
- Communicate with customers concerning breakdowns and costs related to damage inflicted on machines;
- Replace and support other assistants and their foreman during their absences / vacations;
- All other related tasks.

**Experience and skills sought**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- Significant knowledge of the Office suite (Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint);
- Bilingualism: fluency in French and English both orally and in writing;
- Basic knowledge of mechanics is an asset;
- Rigour and thoroughness;
- Structure and sense of organization;
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain concentration in a fast pace environment;
- Quick at executing tasks.
