**Educational Coordinator **/ **Administrative Assistant**
We are seeking both experienced and reliable full-staff who is available to commute to both our **Burnaby** (**#112 - 5021 Kingsway**) **and Richmond Campuses **(**#5560 - 8181 Cambie Road**). This full-time staff would work at these campuses on different days of the week. Both are easily accessible by public transit and/or car.
- Customer Service: Counselling students with their academic progress
- Communications: Phone/Text or in-person communication with clients
- Marketing: Introducing the programs offered
- Administrative Tasks: Printing and organizing curriculum materials, Confirming class schedules, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be available to work _**in-person **_at both Burnaby and Richmond
- Must speak **Mandarin** fluently (mandatory)
- Able to communicate in English
- Experience in admin related field is an asset, but not required, training will be provided
- Able to efficiently communicate with parents and staff
- Recommend to have Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices is an asset

**Work Hours**
- Qualified applicants should be available to work between **10:00am** to **8:00pm** on **weekdays **and **9:00am **to **6:00pm **on Saturdays.
- We also invite applicant who wish for part-time hours.
- Working hours and/or days may vary according to the needs of the department.

**Pay**
- $16.50-18 per hour
- We offer yearly reviews with growth opportunities

**Salary**: $2,700.00-$2,900.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
