In overseeing our Dining Room Team, you will enjoy working in a fast paced, Team oriented environment in collaboration with the Food & Beverage Manager.
**Please note this position requires full-time open availability including evening & weekends**
**What you'll be doing**:
- Carry out standards and procedures
- Monitor staff arrival & departure
- Assist servers during peek hours
- Supervise D.R. setup
- Responsible for group billing
- Ability to resolve guest and team member complaints
- Extensive Food and Wine Knowledge
- To ensure all opening and closing procedures are carried out in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures.
- To be responsible for any monetary transactions during shift.
**What you'll bring to the team**:
- Hotel and Restaurant Manager Course
- Full-time open availability including evenings & weekends
- Communication skills written and oral
- Computer and monitory skills
- Able to recognize and respect customer and team member confidentiality
