### Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your assigned shifts. You will be responsible for overseeing the staff, managing customer service, and ensuring that all food preparation and service is of the highest quality.

## Duties:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the team during assigned shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with scheduling and managing employee shifts
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system

## Experience:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry is must
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Familiarity with restaurant management software or POS systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.75-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
