The Millcroft Inn & Spa is looking for a **Human Resources Assistant** to join their wonderful team

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the onboarding process
- Enrolls new Team Members in the Company onboarding training modules; monitors their completion progress and provides updates to the hiring Manager
- Plans and presents all new hire orientation sessions
- Maintains regular social media posts for recruitment
- Assists with Health & Safety at the Millcroft, participating in JHSC, completing accident/injury forms, filing Form 7's, and coordinating return to work.
- Preparing and distributing agendas and management minutes for the weekly management meetings and other meetings as required
- Other duties as required

**Professional Requirements**:

- College Degree, certificate in Human Resources Management or Equivalent
- Certified Human Resources Professional designation (CHRP) is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.95 per hour
