**Role Summary**:
This role leads a team of Maintenance Technicians, directing tasks and initiatives that enhance production safety, cost-efficiency, and quality. The position reports to the Operations Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead maintenance teams, providing performance feedback and facilitating the resolution of complex problems.
- Foster collaborative problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
- Identify and implement opportunities to develop, simplify, standardize, and automate work processes.
- Build and leverage cross-functional relationships to integrate ideas, data, and insights for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and governance of production routings, raw material structures, and operational drawings.
- Ensure the uptime of critical production assets and manage maintenance work orders.
- Manage the preventive maintenance program and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors.
- Support operational activities link to SO, including R&D and continuous improvement (CI) projects.
- Perform assigned electrical tasks and participate in safety initiatives, creating action plans to address safety concerns.
- Promote training and development within the maintenance team.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Experience/Skills**:

- BS or BA Degree in a relevant field with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Electrical trade certification (309A or 442A).
- Experience in manufacturing with leadership responsibilities in a similar environment.
- Demonstrated collaborative problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mentality.
- Proven ability in employee coaching, performance management, and talent development.
- Proficient in daily SFM with an emphasis on root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
