**Janitor / Cleaner Needed in Smiths Falls**

**Domus Building Cleaning Ltd. **is looking for a qualified **Cleaner** for an immediate need at a location within **Smiths Falls** area that requires higher level government clearance **AND **site-specific clearance. Domus has been in operation for over 40 years with more than 500 employees in multiple provinces and has relationships with some of the largest real estate and government clients in the country.

**Very Competitive Wage Rate: $ 45.00 per Hour for 4 hours a week**

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: MUST **HAVE GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE **AND** SITE-SPECIFIC CLEARANCE

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Clean assigned areas by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and waxing floor
surfaces in assigned areas by use of mechanized cleaning equipment wherever
required.
- Collect and dispose trash in garbage containers on a regular basis.
- Spot clean walls, ceilings, partitions, light switches and doors, window sills.
- Wipe and sanitize all public utilities such as public phones, furniture, and door
handles.
- Sanitizing, mopping, and restocking of supplies.
- Follow pre-set policies, guidelines, and rules to maintain a safe working
environment.
- Able to maintain Domus standards of cleaning.
- Other responsibilities as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Must be reliable
- Previous cleaning experience considered an asset

**Other**:

- Full Personal Protective Equipment is required
- Medical Protocol required
- Site-Specific Training provided

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: $45.00 per hour
