We are hiring full-time Wait Staff to join our team at our Bakers restaurant located on Carleton University campus. Our wait staff are responsible for taking customers’ orders, explaining menu items, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

**About the Job**:

- Explain menu items, make recommendations as appropriate, and take customers’ orders
- Alert and work with the culinary team on any food restrictions or allergies
- Work with the team to ensure that all guests receive the correct order in a coordinated time
- Refill beverages and ensure customers are satisfied with their meals
- Provide the customer’s bill and receive payment
- Setting up tables, buffet stations, and any reservations requirements for the restaurant
- Clearing of tables
- Ensure proper use and cleanliness of equipment
- Ensure adherence to all of Aramark Policies and Procedures
- May perform other duties as required

**About You**:

- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Smart Serve Certified
