**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?**
- 3-5 years’ experience working in a professional customer service/hospitality focused environment.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality.
- A lust for thinking outside of the box in providing an exceptional resident experience.
- Someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable, with a desire to learn about and grow within a new industry.
- Passion for working with and collaborating with a team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

The role of the Concierge is to provide quick, efficient and courteous service to all Hazelview residents & visitors. This role acts as a brand ambassador by providing an engaging and memorable experience from the moment a resident or visitor walks through the door.
