Toronto, Canada Gold Seal Management Full time

Maintenance person required to join team of 5 for 300-unit apartment community in the Keele/Sheppard area. Salary and apartment, plus benefits and cell phone.

Experience required with general unit repairs and knowledge of hot water heating/building systems an asset.
- To attend to all duties as is customary for this position.
- To carry a cellular phone, provided by the company.
- To complete daily paperwork as instructed by Management.
- To discuss and be guided by Management instructions.
- To attend to emergencies on an as required basis and report to the head office.
- To keep all steps and walkways free of ice and snow and to keep parking lot clear of ice - assist with, when required.
- Assist with unit turnover.
- Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
- Cover/assist with vacation coverage.
- Various other building duties.
- To follow the maintenance control program established by management.

**Salary**: $15.50-$34.31 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M3M 2Y4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
