**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Provide one-on-one support to students, particularly those with disabilities or special educational needs.
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and parents regarding student progress.
- Support students in their Musical journey by reinforcing concepts taught in class.
- Assist in the preparation of instructional materials and classroom resources.
- Observe and document student behavior and progress for assessment purposes.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance musical skills.
**Skills**
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents.
- Experience working with children, especially in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies for working with individuals with disabilities.
- Background in early childhood education is highly desirable.
- Ability to educate and engage students in playing musical instruments.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed musically and socially.
