We’re looking for a **Day Supervisor** who’s ready to lead by example and bring energy, organization, and positivity to every shift.

**Position Summary**:
The Day Supervisor plays a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant during daytime hours. You’ll support the General Manager in maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, staff performance, and customer satisfaction — all while keeping things running smooth during high-volume service periods.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff during daytime shifts
- Oversee opening procedures and ensure restaurant readiness for service
- Monitor food quality, ticket times, cleanliness, and guest experience
- Support staff training, performance, and adherence to company standards
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management team
- Assist with inventory, deliveries, and daily reporting as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant supervisory or shift lead experience
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Reliable, organized, and hands-on approach
- Smart Serve Certified (or willingness to obtain)
