**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (listed but not limited to)**
- **We are a team of professionals offering a variety of services, support, guidance to the families we serve and our community. Casual part time varied hours and shifts available.**_
- **Your professional appearance, effective communication and excellent organizational skills are all an asset, along with your ability to provide sympathetic customer service.**_
- **Flexible & Varied shifts - for example: 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **_
- **You are able to work efficiently and independently, while also knowing when to successfully collaborate with your team.**_
- **Your exceptional attention to detail and compassionate nature provide incredible support.**_
- **Multiple of areas within the funeral home setting where your support is required.**_

**Visitations -** providing guest and family support (refreshing/cleaning/maintaining visitation rooms/washroom facilities/additional areas (public & staff) of the funeral home)
- greeting family and guests upon their arrival
- directing them to the appropriate visitation room
- assisting with additional directions to the washroom facilities, also with memorial donation inquiries etc.
- maintaining cleanliness throughout the funeral home at all times (refreshing water supply for families/washroom facilities)
- overall support to allow for the visitation to operate properly

**Receptions -** providing guest and family support (preparation/maintaining/cleanup)
- **Our funeral homes are both fully licensed with the AGCO and your position requires that you are Smart Serve Certified & or we will assist with facilitating this requirement**_
- set up and preparation of the reception facilities (our menu offers both cold and hot food selections)
- maintaining the reception (similar to restaurant server responsibilities)
- clean up of the reception facilities (including washroom facilities)

**General cleaning**:

- washroom facilities
- vacuuming/sweeping
- tidying up/organizing
- multi use surface disinfection

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)

Work Location: One location
