RRSP Savings plan:

- We contribute 3% of your wage to the company RRSP, if you match our contribution, we add an additional 1%. Company maximum contribution per year is $3,000.

Position Description:
True Mechanical is looking to hire a Technical Project Manager for commercial and residential based projects of varying size and scope. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible to:

- Provide technical and value engineering services to your/our clients
- Work with our estimation team to provide budget and estimation services
- Assume management of projects immediately after estimation
- Oversee all aspects of construction until final delivery
- Manage client relationships, arrange and hold meetings
- Coordination with trades and employees
- Handle project start-up including manpower and materials management on an ongoing basis
- Manage schedule and budget on an ongoing basis
- Manage multiple projects at a time, varying in size and scope of work, while acting as a point of contact to clients and trades
