**What you’ll do**:
The Customer Engagement and Services team is a dynamic team with two main areas of focus. First, driving product engagement of our credit card, and two, develop new alternative product and services for Canadian Tire (i.e. warranty). This position will support both areas of business providing a wide range of experience in business strategy and new product development.
- Review data & insights to monitor program success, and identify business opportunities
- Develop customer/marketing programs to drive awareness and usage of credit card features
- Complete competitive research to inform business strategies & new product development
- Participate in research development to inform strategies
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver on business strategies
**What you bring**:
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary program in business, commerce, marketing, communications or a related discipline
- Solid proficiency of Microsoft office suite.
- Exceptional communication skills with the confidence and passion to share knowledge
- Creative thinker who is observant to seek new opportunities and perceptive to abstract ideas
- The ability to take a collaborate approach to build strong relationships and have positive team experiences
