Upkeep provides high-quality residential home detailing services, including window and eavestrough cleaning, throughout Simcoe County and are currently recruiting for our Fall Eavestrough Cleaning Crews with anticipated start dates beginning in October. If you're a great team player and routinely go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service, we want you on our team

Eavestrough Cleaning is a vitally important, and sometimes dirty, home maintenance task that involves removing debris from the homes gutters to ensure rainwater drains properly away from the home. The job requires laddering up to the homes eavestroughs and removing the debris, either by hands, scoops or with the use of our gutter vacuums. Must be capable and comfortable working on ladders at heights of 1-2 storeys, able to carefully carry ladders around the job site, safely set them up for use, and carry full buckets of debris down the ladder.

Opportunities are available immediately and until the end of the fall season, for both full
- and part-time positions to fit your schedule. Transportation can be provided, but if required, must be available for full days - typically 8AM-5PM. Please specify whether you are interested in full
- or part-time work, and whether or not you have access to transportation.

Crew Member compensation begins at $19.00/hour. Tips from clients are not uncommon for doing an exceptional job and being pleasant to interact with, and are shared amongst the technicians on the job.

Due to the nature of work, you should be comfortable working on ladders, at heights of up to 2 storeys, and safely carrying and setting up ladders (up to 60 lbs). Work and safety training, and all required equipment, will be provided. Must be able to commute to Barrie, but daily transportation to and from job sites can be provided.

For consideration you must be legally entitled to work in Canada and have a high school diploma. An excellent customer service track record, cleaning and general labour experience, and a background in athletics are all considered assets.

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Cleaning/General Labour: 1 year (preferred)
- Sports/Athletics: 1 year (preferred)
- Ladder/Working at Heights: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)
