**Responsibilities**:

- Assist technicians with diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues in RVs
- Help with routine maintenance and inspections
- Safely operate and care for hand tools and power tools
- Support team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Maintain basic records of services and tasks completed
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients when needed
- Be eager to learn new skills and stay updated on RV repair practices

**Qualifications**:

- Basic mechanical knowledge or strong interest in learning about RVs and vehicles
- Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions
- Dependable, motivated, and eager to grow in the role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Previous shop or mechanical experience is helpful, but not required
