Arbutus RV is Vancouver Island’s premier one-stop-shop for everything RV. Meeting the needs of RVers since 1988, Arbutus is Vancouver Island’s largest sales, parts and service team at 7 locations throughout the island.

**Who are you?**

**Essential Job Functions**
- Scheduling appointments for external and internal customers
- Maintaining positive customer relationships, both external and internal
- Documenting repair/installation work requested by customers and other departments in point of sale software
- Dispatching work to technicians
- Liaise between technicians and customers on recommended servicing and installations
- Ensuring all work requested is accepted by the party paying, prior to the beginning of work
- Selling relevant products and services to customers based on technician recommendations
- Ordering, shipping and receiving of related parts
- Backing up parts department personnel

**Essential Job Skills**
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent
- 2+ Years in a Service Advisor role preferred
- Experience in the RV or automotive industry a bonus
- Exemplary customer service skills are mandatory for this position
- Very strong attention to detail is essential
- Ability to process a high volume of transactions accurately within tight deadlines
- Must be comfortable working with computers and software
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Strong self-management
- Highly organized

**Health & Safety Considerations**
- Strict adherence to all health & safety policies is necessary
- Ability to lift parts and accessories up to 50 lbs.
- Willing to work in a shared office space
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
- Able to work comfortably with computer equipment, including monitor, keyboard and mouse
- Bending, lifting, kneeling, reaching
- Ability to deal with customers, vendors, management, and co-workers using calm, effective and courteous communication

**Salary**: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
