At MCA, we're proud to be a leader in Canadian retail services. We're seeking **Retail Reline Team Members** to help execute strategic relines for our clients. This role is perfect for someone seeking hands-on work and the chance to earn extra income.
- **Wage**: $15 per hour
- **Hours**: Flexible and based on project needs
- **Schedule**: Typically during weekdays, with start and end times depending on project requirements

**What You'll Do**:

- **Assist with Relines**: Help reconfigure layouts, adjust shelves, and carry out basic reline tasks.
- **Hands-On Work**: Build, adjust, or dismantle shelving and displays as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with your team to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- **Follow Instructions**: Assist in implementing changes according to detailed plans provided by your lead.

**What You'll Bring**:

- **Expertise**: Prior experience with general retail relines, particularly in grocery, drug, or big-box stores.
- **Dependability**: A reliable team player who's ready to jump in and help.
- **Physical Capability**: Comfortable performing physical tasks like lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
