Participate in the leadership of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As a Key Holder, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

**What You Will Do**:

- Guide customers in their decor choices
- Open, prepare, and close the store
- Train and coach team members
- Supports operational tasks for stock and merchandising
- Ensure the performance of the store
- Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store

**Who You Are**:

- A proven leader who is driven by achieving sales targets and stay on top of operational tasks
- Outgoing and engaging, and possess the ability to connect with people easily
- Love to work with like-minded individuals in a thriving and busy environment
- Self-driven and motivated to succeed
- Able to collaborate as part of a team

**What You Bring**:

- At least 2 years of Retail sales experience
- Experience in Retail Sales Leadership - able to lead a team in the absence of the Store Manager
- A passion for interior décor and merchandising
- Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)
- The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.50-$22.50 per hour
