This role combines creativity with customer connection. It’s about more than decorating trees, it’s about bringing Christmas trees and décor to life, engaging with customers, and ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding holiday shopping experience. As one of Canada’s largest Christmas stores, Greenland is known for its inspiring displays and exceptional service. Our team thrives on creativity, precision, and energy. The work is fast-paced and hands-on, but also fun, rewarding, and filled with holiday spirit.

**What You’ll Do**
- Decorate Christmas trees and bring festive décor to life using Greenland’s signature method
- Engage with customers in a warm and friendly way, offering attentive and knowledgeable service
- Share decorating ideas, styling tips, and product knowledge to help guests bring their holiday vision home
- Support your team while helping to deliver an inspiring seasonal experience

**Training Provided**

Every team member will take part in Trim the Tree Training, covering:

- Greenland’s decorating techniques
- Christmas floor layout and products
- Delivering top-quality customer service and memorable guest interactions & experiences

**Availability & Commitment**
- Positions are seasonal, full-time and part-time
- Must be available for at least three shifts per week, including evenings and weekends
- Consistent availability is required from October through December 8th, and beyond as needed
- Time off is limited to no more than two consecutive days in November (our busiest season)
