**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist in lifting, loading and moving trees in farm nursery (50lb)
- Work indoor and outdoors in all conditions
- Utilize hand tools and power tools if needed
- Assist with the movement of materials within shop
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Follow all company policies regarding safety protocols and operational procedures
- Assist customers with Christmas Tree sales and help educate them on how our sustainable trees work
- Manage taking payment and deposits for Christmas Trees

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Familiarity with farm tools is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to lift 50lb is required
- Ability to work outdoors in winter weather conditions is required
- Drivers license and personal vehicle is required
- Schedule flexibility to work weekends and evenings may be required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
