They are accountable for the success of their salon with a strong focus on establishing client loyalty by providing an unparalleled customer experience. The salon manager we are looking for will develop and empower our valued salon employees to exceed sales targets, give great customer service, maintain excellent knowledge of, and training on current product mix, tanning equipment, and salon promotions to increase salon market share. They will lead by example in representing the company’s principles and foster a culture of positivity and growth. - **Passionate about the tanning and wellness industry and looking for a long-term position.**: - **Have experience managing a team of staff for a minimum of 1 year. You will be managing a team of 5-7 employees at our flagship location in Yaletown.**: - **Team player, lead by example, driven to succeed and great at relating to people.**: - **Utilizes reports to identify and address trends and issues in your salon's performance**: - **Directly responsible for cleanliness, maintenance, sanitation and organization of the salon (managers are required to clean, maintain and sanitize equipment etc.)**: - **Have excellent time management and organizational skills.
