This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced project environment.

**Who We're Looking For**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes
- **Logistical Support**: Assist in scheduling meetings, organizing events, and ensuring required materials and resources are available
- **Data Management**: Enter and manage project data using spreadsheets and databases
- **Communication**: Prepare and distribute professional project-related documents and communications
- **Reporting**: Compile and format clear, concise reports for project stakeholders
- **Coordination**: Support project teams by coordinating daily tasks, resources, and activities
- **Travel Arrangements**: Support project-related travel arrangements, such as booking flights and accommodations.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Provide various administrative tasks as needed to support project operations.
**Key Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or project support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Professional demeanor and a team-focused attitude
**Additional Requirements**:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed
