**Job Description**:
The Finished Goods Returns Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and actioning all RMA / returns processing for North America. Other duties involve cross-departmental liaison work in order to properly process returns and claims in a timely manner, while also supporting the creation and maintenance of proper flow and SOP documentation, as relates to North American returns and claims.
**Qualifications**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Working with the appropriate internal customers, vendors and other 3PL partners in the effective and proper processing of returned merchandise, with attentive detail to quality and inventory accuracy.
- Manually reviewing and posting Credit Notes for partial shipments, and following-up on units outstanding.
- Coordinating and controlling the RMA cycle and associated storage and movement of goods between the wholesale customers and the 3PL.
- Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements in Return-to-Stock performance.
- Analyzing logístical problems and producing new solutions.
- Ensuring warehouse and office staff are well-informed, trained and following established SOP and Turnaround Time KPI is being realized.
**Experience, Education and Designations**:
- 3 to 5 years experience in RMA processing
- 3 to 5 years experience in maintaining and effecting a complete claims process
- Previous experience with 3PL Providers

- Efficient turnaround time on all inbound returns

**Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office products

- Ability to extract data from multiple systems/sources and make recommendations
