Join an energetic and competitive team in a dynamic work environment. DeVry Greenhouses is seeking an experienced Data Manager to lead our analytics team in delivering actionable insights for the Sales and Marketing departments.

This role is responsible for leading a team of analysts, ensuring timely delivery of data reports, driving improvements in tools and processes, and aligning analytical insights with key business and sales KPIs. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication, organizational skills, and a passion for developing actionable insights that drive business performance.

**Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership & Communication**
- Lead the analyst team to achieve **95%+ % Delivered on Time (%DoT)**.
- Collaborate with the **VP of Marketing** and **VP of Sales** to align deadlines and ensure timely responses from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Lead, mentor, and develop the **data analyst team**, fostering skill growth and performance.
- Act as the primary communication bridge and between **DeVry**, **sales and the data team**, ensuring tools remain up to date and feedback is incorporated efficiently.
- Produce and distribute a weekly Data Report to keep stakeholders informed.
- Help gamify the sales and marketing departments to drive efficiencies

**Data Reporting & KPI Alignment**
- Work with the **Data Engineer** to translate **Sales KPIs** into actionable insights through analysis, monitoring, visualization, and presentations.
- Ensure consistency and agreement across reports (**e.g., Sales $ in Report A = Sales $ in Report B**).

**Strategic Analysis & Insights Generation**
- Partner with **VP of Marketing** to deliver key, ad hoc analyses for decision-making, including:

- Product cost analysis to increase profit
- Running, tracking, and reporting on **pilot product performance** (e.g., launching a new product in select stores).
- Uncovering **actionable insights** that support sales and marketing objectives.
- Shift from a reactive to a **proactive analytics approach**, developing a roadmap to anticipate and address sales and marketing needs.

**Process & Tool Improvement**
- Improve documentation and support materials around key internal tools.
- Oversee improvements to existing reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI upgrades, ETL process enhancements, SQL checks) to ensure data integrity and alignment.
- Drive initiatives to improve data tools, ensuring that any issues raised by the sales and marketing teams are promptly addressed.
- Identify and optimize opportunities for AI-driven automation, augmentation, and acceleration within our sales team.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 Years of experience leading a technical team.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across departments.
- Exceptional ability to organize tasks and manage priorities effectively.

**Skills**
- Expert level skills in MS Excel (including Power Query), MS PowerBI and postgreSQL
- Python skills a plus

**KPIs**

- % of Data Processed on Time and in Full
- Gross Margin Improvement $

**Reports to**:

- VP of Marketing & Business Development

**Total Rewards**:

- Wage will be determined by your expertise and experience. Starting at $32/hr
- Eligible for benefits after probationary period.
- Wage review will be conducted annually in January
- Performance review will be conducted twice in a year.
