**Your new role**:
Synthesis Design is looking for an outgoing and creative personality to join our dynamic design team. This is a flexible, full-time, in-studio position. The Administrative Support and Marketing Coordinator will work in a team environment assisting with general administration and office maintenance. Your primary responsibilities in this role will be to ensure all aspects of the client experience exceed expectations as well as driving social media content, project related marketing, and promotional events.
**Required skills**:
- Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business Administration or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Experience with content management for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook Business, Wordpress
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Must be detail oriented, creatively driven and flexible to change
Salary to be discussed, based on experience.
**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- North Vancouver, BC V7L 1B3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Marketing: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
