Reporting to our **QA Manager, Nuclear**, E.S. Fox Limited is looking for **Site QA Manager** to join our **Tiverton**, **Ontario **based team. We are seeking a dynamic leader that embraces this position with a dedicated mindset and vision of true world class performance and continuous improvement.

**Summary of the Role**:
The **Site QA Manager** is responsible for implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the site specific E.S. Fox Limited QA Program(s) and ensuring compliance with the applicable Codes and Standards. This role is also responsible for managing direct reports in QA and QC and will have a strong interface with several customers and departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Direct supervision of QA and QC site personnel, in support of Construction activities;
- Oversight of ITP development; approval and execution, including maintenance of records
- Oversight of calibration program and maintenance of associated records
- Supports, Manages, and Participates in all Internal and External Audit activities for the site location;
- Supports on / offsite source surveillance activities;
- Root Cause Investigation and Apparent Cause Analysis;
- Ensures compliance with Code, Standards, or other requirements (i.e., ASME Section I, III, VIII, IX, B31.1, B31.3; CSA N285, N299, N286, W59, B51; ESA, ISO 9001)
- Ensures responsibilities and accountabilities are conducted in a safe manner in accordance with E.S. Fox Limited safety policy/procedures OHSA requirements
- Ensures that environmental aspects within his/her sphere of responsibility are adhered to

**Key Requirements, Experience, and Skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quality, Engineering, or C.E.T. preferred
- Ten (10) or more years firsthand QA/QC experience; Intimate knowledge of various QA Procedures, Processes and Protocols
- Five (5) or more years QA/QC experience in the nuclear industry;
- Five (5) years in a Management or Supervisory Role;
- Experience in Construction is an asset
- Experienced and Conversant with Pressure Vessel/Piping Construction or Fabrication requirements of ASME Section I, III, VIII and pressure piping and components to ASME B31.1 and B31.3; CSA B51; CSA N285
- Working knowledge of CSA N286; CSA N299, CSA W59, ESA, ISO 9001
- Familiar with Electrical and Mechanical Civil Inspection and NDE techniques
