**The bigger picture**

We’re looking for a creative problem solver with excellent analytical skills to come on board as our Finance Business Intelligence Analyst for a two-year term (February 2027) at our Regina location. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise to analyze and surface insights that will assist in making sound-financial decisions within the organization that benefit our members.

**How you’ll be spending your time**

**Financial Performance Reporting**
- Research, develop and maintain financial performance and budget dashboard reporting.
- Research, develop and maintain dashboard financial segmented reporting by business line.
- Research, develop and maintain strategic initiative tracking and reporting capabilities to enhance accountability to business cases, streamline tracking and support better decision-making.

**Support Conexus’ Corporate Finance Department**
- Supporting and utilizing corporate finance software, banking systems and Conexus data tables (e.g. trouble-shooting and educating on various systems).
- Supporting the organizational financial analysis, financial reporting and regulatory reporting processes (e.g. create customized reports, support power bi reporting writing, crystal report writing and GL reporting).
- Complying with established service level agreements.

**Budget and Forecast Process Improvement**
- Researching and implementing automation for manual excel input processes, budget processes and forecasting.

**The experience you bring**
- Post-secondary degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field or a relevant combination of experience and post-secondary education
- Advanced working knowledge of data manipulation and management tools and experience with one or more of the following: SQL Server, PowerBI, Tableau, Microstrategy
- 3+ years of related experience in a financial environment, business analysis and/or data analysis.
- Completion or working towards a professional Accounting or Finance designation (CPA, CFA) or MBA in the Finance field of study is considered an asset.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel)
- Working knowledge of financial systems software is considered an asset.

- Analytic and research skills
- Project management/planning

**Salary Range**:
$82,190 - $109,590 with 13% Short Term Incentive Target
