**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients in buying procedure by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct market research to identify potential and assess market trends.
- Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials that highlight key features.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire transaction process, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
- Maintain an organized database of client information, property listings, and market data.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and appraisers.
- Utilize multilingual or bilingual skills to assist a diverse clientele effectively.

**Experience**
- Proven business development experience in real estate sales or property management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
- Experience with administrative tasks related to real estate transactions is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies for promoting properties is advantageous.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve a broader range of clients effectively.
