- Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within the shift.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Stay informed about promotions, product launches, and store policies.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills and experience with POS systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our service to diverse customers.
- A proactive approach to upselling and promoting products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
