**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
- Operate the cash register and handle all transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Provide product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring that the checkout area is clean and stocked.
- Manage customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting product counts as needed.
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and ensure accurate change is given.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is beneficial for promoting products.
- Experience with product demos to showcase items effectively is desirable.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
