**The Opportunity**:Men In Kilts is seeking a Lead Trainer with a passion for leadership, motivation, and accountability. This is a chance to join an exciting, unique brand and showcase your entrepreneurial abilities in our Edmonton location. As the Lead Trainer, you will work alongside our kilted technicians in the field, providing top-notch window and exterior cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. You will be responsible for leading and training a team of professionals, and be part of the benefits that come with growing the Edmonton market.

**Qualification Survey**

Are you an effective trainer and able to lead, train and motivate others?

Do you have experience working in a fast-paced environment and leading a team?

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service?

Would you feel comfortable wearing a kilt, ready to wear it proudly?

Do you have experience in training and developing a team in a physical work environment?

Do you have any experience with Safety and Fleet/Equipment Management?

Can you embrace multiple roles within your scope of responsibility as the business grows?

Is your driving record clean, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience?

Do you like to do physical work and enjoy working outside year-round?

As our Lead Trainer, you will be responsible for:

- Orientating and Training new employees
- Ongoing and on the job training for current employees
- Onsite Inspections and Post Job Inspections
- Implementing and enforcing a Safety/Training program
- Managing Customer recalls and solving onsite concerns
- Managing/Repairing a fleet of vehicles, equipment and tools.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Exterior Home Maintenance: 1 year (required)
