As a Customer Service Representative you will work in our downtown office responding to inquiries by both our clients and their customers as well as initiating outgoing calls to customers. Your primary responsibility is to respond to inbound calls and ensure customers and clients receive the highest quality service as well as engaging in data entry, client training, and quality assurance tasks. There will also be some light office administration duties as well.
- Courteous, cheerful telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and employ strong problem-solving skills.
- 2+ years experience in a customer service role.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to exercise good judgment
- Dedicated to continuous professional development and strive to provide outstanding customer service.
- Strong computer skills with good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and basic Internet technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $37,500.00-$41,500.00 per year
