**Production Operator (Manufacturing)**
**Required Immediately in Ontario in a Camp Environment**
**Temporary Full-Time Labour Dispute Assignments**

**Up to **$5,569.90 **Weekly with Overtime Hours in Camp Environment Scenario**
- $41.29 to $45.03 per hour base rate / $100.00 per day camp environment premium
- Paid Overtime after 44 hours per week

- Paid Days Off

**Job Specific Requirements**:

- Must be physically fit and pass required Medicals. (Heavy lifting and/or shoveling)
- Some positions require minimum 2-year Technician Diploma preferably with a Mechanical or Electrical discipline
- Must meet all requirements contained for the occupation and be physically capable of performing all functions of the job.
- Must not be afraid of heights
- Must be fit to climb ladders and stairs as required
- Manual labour as assigned
- Will be required to become familiar with computers interfacing with mill equipment
- Must be able to work in a harsh environment - extreme heat and cold

**General Requirements**:

- Must have a minimum of Grade 12 diploma or equivalent and the ability to successfully complete all aspects of the recruitment process including but not limited to a physical assessment, and a general aptitude evaluation.
- Related Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree (in various trades, manufacturing techniques, pre-apprenticeship) and/or relevant industrial work experience is preferred.
- Must be able to wear a respirator, a Scott Air pack (clean-shaven), be comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions as well as to perform physical labour.
- Must be able to work safely and effectively in a team environment with mínimal supervision.
- Must be able to understand and follow plant safety and production policies and procedures.
- Must be able to develop and maintain effective relationships; this includes good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work independently, through a demonstrated organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated initiative in recognizing opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

**Must be able to work Shift work with a 30-day commitment.**
