Job Duties:
As a CNC Operator in the cabinet industry, your main responsibilities will include:

- Operating CNC machinery to fabricate cabinet components and millwork products
- Interpreting design drawings and specifications for production
- Ensuring the accurate and precise cutting, shaping, and drilling of cabinet parts using the CNC machine
- Conducting quality checks on finished products to ensure they adhere to Bianka Cabinetry standards
- Monitoring and maintaining machine performance, including routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Assisting with material handling, including forklift operation, to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Previous experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in the cabinet industry
- Basic experience in forklift operation and material handling
- Familiarity with cabinet making processes and materials
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret design drawings
- Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize and meet production deadlines
- Reliable and safety-minded, with a commitment to following established protocols and guidelines
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Syntec/Fanuc controllers is an asset

Additional assets (but not required):

- Ability to speak or understand Mandarin

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
