Job Title: Jr. Continuous Improvement Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to support our operations through software development, data analysis, and Power BI dashboard creation. This role will focus on developing automated reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), optimizing data visualization tools, and integrating equipment with internal systems to enhance decision-making for production, warehouse, and other departments.

This is a junior-level position with a strong growth path within the company. This person will have:

Key Responsibilities:

- Power BI Dashboard Development:

- Design and maintain production dashboards that update in real time, allowing production and warehouse teams to track their results.
- Create separate dashboards for different metrics and follow-ups.
- Data Tracking & Reporting:

- Monitor daily reports and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- Support different departments with reports and data analysis as needed.
- System Alerts & Notifications:

- Develop automated alarms within the current systems to flag outdated data, upcoming lead times, or critical changes.
- Equipment Connectivity & System Integration:

- Assist in connecting various equipment to internal systems and ensuring seamless data collection.
- Develop reports based on real-time data extracted from production and warehouse equipment.
- Software Development & Continuous Improvement:

- Assist in developing and optimizing existing systems to improve data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
- Participate in various company projects to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills:

- Experience with Power BI and dashboard development.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, VBA, or other programming languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, automation tools, and data visualization best practices.
- Experience with equipment connectivity, IoT integrations, or industrial data acquisition is a plus.
- Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
