**Our client in the GTA is looking for an experienced Project Manager, Mid or High Rise Condo Construction**

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and coordinate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
- Plan and prepare construction milestones and monitor progress against established timelines
- Receive and track construction project estimates
- Ensuring the project is constructed as per design, budget, resources, quality, and schedule.
- Collaborate with construction management team on contracts, revisions or additions to agreements with architects, engineers, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Understanding client drivers and offers value engineering proposals for functionality, cost, and schedule benefit.
- Managing project performance and providing performance status reports for safety, cost forecast, and schedule.
- Identifying and managing risk and opportunities on construction projects.
- Ensure compliance to Ministry of Labour Health & Safety regulations on work sites
- Work with team leader to meet performance goals
- Provide insight management needs to direct company resources
- Prepare reports for senior management
- Manage projects with focus on excellence in terms of profit, deadlines, quality and maintaining positive client relationships

**Qualifications**
- A diploma or university degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or a related field, combined with experience in the construction industry.
- 5 years of progressive work-related experience in the construction management
- Must have at least 3 completed projects in mid level or high rise construction
- PMP and P.Eng. qualifications will be given preference
- Demonstrated familiarity with the Ontario Building Code
- Demonstrated familiarity with Ministry of Labour’s Health & Safety regulations for the construction industry
- Familiar with Regulatory permit requirements

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to read design drawings
- General knowledge of trades relevant to commercial construction
- Knowledge of government regulations regarding the construction industry
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook; in addition to Google communication tools like Gmail and Google Docs
- Knowledge of project management tools like Microsoft Project /Gantt chart planning tools
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate well both verbal and written
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent analytical / conceptual problem-solving skills
- Demonstration of high intellectual capacity and curiosity
- Strong work ethic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
