**This position would have 3-4 shifts a week (Approximately 20-25 hours weekly), we are looking for someone who has some schedule flexibility to pick up additional shifts to help cover with vacation and sick calls. Must be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sundays and ability to work from 6:30am.**

**Duties consist of (but not limited to)**:

- Warmly welcoming and greeting all patrons to Vista 18.
- Organization and smooth execution of assigning seating plans through the use of Open Table software with a focus on even distribution and superb guest experience.
- Maintain a neat, organized front-of-house environment.
- Assisting servers and food and beverage management when required.
- Be an Ambassador for the Chateau Victoria Hotel & Suites and Vista 18.
- Following established procedures and policies when completing tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a valid Serving It Right certification.
- Must possess exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
- Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven communications skills and ability to work positively in a team environment and respond well to direction.
- Ability to complete shifts that include constant standing, walking, bending and lifting.
- Previous food and beverage experience in a similar capacity a valuable asset.
