**Responsibilities**:

- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to prepare detailed cost estimates for structural steel and concrete projects.

- Perform material take-offs and quantity calculations for both steel and concrete structures.
- Collaborate with engineers, drafters, and project managers to develop competitive bids.
- Source and evaluate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Analyze labor, materials, fabrication, and concrete pouring costs to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and submit RFIs and clarifications when needed.
- Maintain and update estimating databases and cost records.
- Assist in value engineering and cost-saving recommendations for steel and concrete components.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience as an estimator in structural steel, concrete, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
- Must be proficient in Revit and Bluebeam.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
