Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Compensation: $48,500 - $55,000 per annum, plus a competitive leave and benefits package after an initial disqualification period.

About the Job:
About You
To thrive in this role, you should have an inclusive/intersectional feminist analysis of violence against women and a powerful alignment with Atira's mission, vision, values, and philosophy. **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as communications, English, nonprofit management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in grant writing and proposal development, preferably in a nonprofit or research setting.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in budget development and financial reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in grant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Understanding of program evaluation and impact assessment.
- Familiarity with nonprofit sector and funding landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
