- Coordinate the Appleby Fund Annual Campaign project
- Liaise with Advancement Services Specialist to ensure all Appleby Fund gifts are acknowledged, entered accurately in RE and receipted
- Identify annual donors with capacity for major/leadership gifts
- Coordinate donor recognition, including the Quarterly Listing, Donor Walls, Naming Plaques, and Take a Seat plaques
- Coordinate the annual Graduating Family Gifts and Grad Class Initiative projects
- Integrate and track Planned Giving appeals within the Annual campaign each year in the Raiser’s Edge
- Provide event support for development events
- Support Kids for Kid’s Club
- Maintain all work within the relevant Advancement online filing
- Coordinate department office supplies

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- Post-secondary education
- Experience working with Raiser’s Edge is required
- Solid ability with the Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must be able to work efficiently to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
- Exceptional adaptability and flexibility
- Proven sound judgment and ability to maintain confidential information
