Frontier Supply Chain Solutions Inc is a medium sized provider of US and Canadian Customs Services, Trade Consulting, Supply Chain Logistics, including parcel, courier delivery, and warehousing services.

Frontier is seeking a Dispatch/Logistics Coordinator in our North York location to support our Client and Customer service needs. As a Dispatch/Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing requests from customers, with the goal of meeting and exceeding customer expectations, while accurately tracking various shipment pick-ups to their final deliveries. This individual will be an integral part of the coordination of transportation and operations for Frontier SCS contractors, company drivers and customers.

This is a full-time role from Monday to Friday. Shifts will be from 8:30AM to 4:30PM.
- Daily dispatch responsibilities include the following:_
- Dispatching our 5 local drivers across the GTA.
- Monitoring appointments and ensuring adjustments are made accordingly.
- Managing paperwork and timelines and updating system status’ for freight.
- Creating efficient routes for pick ups, deliveries.
- On going communication with internal and external clients; including drivers, Clients, internal warehouse & customer service & dispatch teams.
- Performing daily tracking and coordination activities.
- Daily customer service responsibilities include the following:_
- Tracking & investigating status of freight.
- Communicating with Clients regarding their freight inquiries.
- Proactively problem solving, completing phone calls, & updating Clients on variances.
- Responding to multiple tickets in a day (delayed freight, new address, re route, scheduling returns).
- Maintaining Timeline SLA(service level agreement) policies.
- Desired Skills:_
- Excellent customer service skills are required
- Logistics familiarity required
- Ability to problem solve in a timely manner.
- Time management can prioritize & action.
- Ability to get work done well & accurately.
- Experience with courier/city dispatching required.
- Ability to multitask and to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education in Supply Chain Logistics or Warehousing are assets.
- GTA geographical knowledge required.
- Dispatch experience an asset.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
