Vaughan, Canada TOC Logistics Inc. Full time

TOC Logistics is a rapidly growing Third Party Logistics and Supply Chain solution provider in Vaughan Ontario. Originally created in 2012 to support the Utility industry in Ontario, TOC is expanding into other market segments and is looking for individuals that can grow with this exciting company.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Prepare purchase orders for all product requirements
- Evaluate purchasing reports, prioritize purchase orders by critical need
- Ensure orders meet the optimal levels to maximize fulfillment and inventory requirements
- Expediting and de-expediting of material
- Proactively troubleshoot any received discrepancies and invoices
- Accurately maintain and carry out the purchase order processing
- Monitor orders and maintain projected delivery date updates
- Ensure compliance and execution of procurement policies and procedures
- Resolve inbound material and invoice discrepancies, as required
- Create ad hoc reporting for leadership team
- Respond to client stakeholder order inquiries
- Assist the clients Operations Support Services team, as required

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Post secondary degree/diploma in Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Professional Designation or Certification in Supply Chain Management an asset
- Strong attention to detail/highly organized
- Full proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage constraints and competing priorities
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
- SAP, ERP and/or Ariba experience an asset
- MRP work experience an asset
