**Job Summary**
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of instructors to ensure quality lessons and exceptional customer service. Your role will involve managing staff, resolving customer issues, and driving sales.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members
- Provide training and guidance to staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop strategies to meet sales targets
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership skills
- Previous experience in sales or cashiering
- Proficiency in math for inventory management
- Ability to market products effectively
- Administrative skills for maintaining records and reports
- Experience in swim management is a plus
- Understanding of swim strokes is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
