Club Coordinator

**About the Role**
The Club Coordinator is employed by SNSC and reports directly to the Board of Directors. The Club Coordinator supports and enhances the smooth operations of our organization by undertaking administrative, financial and operational functions to support the Board of Directors, club programs and the Head Coach. The position is inherently flexible in nature with varying degrees of responsibility and hours depending on the time of year. This position is a home-based position with flexible hours. The incumbent will excel in communications, volunteer management, attention to detail, handling data, and working with numbers in a networked, virtual environment as part of a team-based, collaborative culture.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Overall coordination of SNSC program information and activities
- Responding to SNSC communications and queries
- Coordination of club communications including website updates, social media and newsletter
- General coordination and planning support for club events
- Support of coaching development & administration
- Support the Head Coach and Skill Development Program with planning, coordination and communications related to camps, trips, club events and related administration
- Attend monthly Board Meetings
- Support the Treasurer with bookkeeping and payroll preparation
**Applicant Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Program Coordinator or related position
- Past or current Nordic skiing experience preferred (or other related sport experience)
- Knowledge of program management, volunteer management and development procedures
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and efficient
- Knowledge of office administration
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information into computer systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $27.00-$29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
