- We are searching for a passionate, multi-disciplinary Marketing and Business Development professional who is self motivated, driven and has superior attention to detail._
**How You'll Make an Impact**:
As a Marketing & Business Development Associate, you will:
- Produce marketing copy. Write, edit, and proofread compelling and informative content for brand awareness
- Develop and support the creation of presentations and sell materials in cohesion with other team members
- Oversee web content creation and associated publishing calendars, ensuring that content is consistent in style and tone, relevant for its audience and optimized to achieve its goal
- Help develop and execute business development opportunities
- Manage web publishing operations
- Updates to existing content and the creation of new webpages
- Site-wide maintenance and audits - ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant with no broken links, optimized for search and mobile compliant
- Open to you managing an outside resource for “technical” components
- Work diligently with strong attention to detail on multiple projects simultaneously
**_What You'll Bring to the Table_**_: _**
- 1+ years of Marketing experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- _Continuously seek new growth opportunities and take accountability for actions_
- _Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including analysis and reasoning)_
- _Eager to participate in business development opportunities and initiatives_
- _Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously_
- _Experience in website management and digital marketing_
- _University degree in Business/Commerce, Marketing or Communications_
- _Strong knowledge and experience using digital and social media platforms_
- _Strong knowledge in WordPress and related content-management systems_
- _Positive and winning mindset_
