**Receptionist**

Highland Farms is a family owned supermarket chain operating around the GTA. Since we first opened our doors in 1963, our family has proudly offered an extensive selection of fresh quality food products and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

The Receptionist is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support in order to ensure the smooth operations of the front end of the Corporate Head Office.

The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. This is an onsite position.

**What you will do.**
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors/suppliers, and anyone entering the office.
- Answer and direct all incoming calls.
- Place outgoing calls and screen incoming calls for owners.
- Schedule and manage appointments for owners.
- Maintain office supplies and place supply orders from the stores and head office as required.
- Sort/file/distribute incoming store mailbags and Canada Post mail.
- Calculate and record assigned store to store transfers.
- Sort and file vendor coupons.
- Prepare outgoing mail
- Interface with vendors and suppliers to schedule and book store level demos.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Exceptional professional customer care understanding
- Polite and happy to help attitude
- Strong communication, time management and organizational skills
